We file your insurance claims directly with your health insurance provider. 4. Will I receive a bill from your office? Yes, you will pay the remaining portion not covered by your health insurance carrier. 5. Do I have to pay my copay at the time of service? Yes, you pay the copay at the time of service. 6. Do you accept credit cards? Yes, we accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, credit and debit cards. 7. What happens if I don't have health insurance? We have affordable payment plans to cover your chiropractic treatments. 8. Do we accept Medicare? Yes, but we do not accept Medicaid or Badger Care.
