The following are the most common questions and answers regarding the first time visit to our office.

1. How long is the first appointment? Typically, the first appointment is one hour.
2. Does my insurance cover the visit? We have a dedicated insurance specialist who will work with your insurance company to identify and verify your insurance benefits.
3. Will I need X-rays? In most cases, X-Rays are taken. If you have current X-Rays or MRI reports, please feel free to bring them to your first visit for the Doctor's review.
4. How soon can I be seen? In most cases, we offer same day appointments.
5. Do we accept Medicare patients?  Yes.  We do not accept Badger Care or Medicaid.
6. Is massage therapy appropriate during pregnancy?  Yes, it is safe.  Chiropractic treatment is available from newborn through adulthood.
7. Does insurance cover chiropractic treatments?  Yes.  Accepted Insurance Companies and complete our new patient forms.
8. Is chiropractic treatment covered under workman's compensation?  Yes and we encourage you to complete our new patient forms.
9. Do I need a medical referral to receive chiropractic treatment?  Not in most cases.
10. Is your facility handicap accessible?  Yes
