1. Complete the introductory paperwork.  Coming soon, you will be able to select and print the necessary forms required for your first visit.  This will help save you time when you visit our office.

2. Doctor Consultation.  Meet with one of our experienced doctors and review your medical and treatment history.
   
3. Physical Exam.
   
4. X-Rays.  Most commonly, x-rays are taken to ensure the doctors have the latest information.  If you have recent x-rays or MRI reports, please feel free to bring them to your first visit.
   
5. Treatment Plan.  As the doctor determines, diagnosis and treatment for acute distress may take place during the first visit.  The doctor may also schedule an immediate follow-up visit to review additional findings and begin a treatment plan.
